Crocheted triangular shawl. Very easy pattern is used for this wrap. Moss stitch (or seed stitch) consists of sc and chains. You just play with colours. You may use also rests of yarns from other projects.
Work begins in the upper middle part of the shawl.
Dimensions: 90 x 60 cm
Skill level: beginner
Material: double knit yarn (100 g = 300 m), I used aclilic yarn.
A: pink bleached
B: claret
C: violet bleached
D: dark violet
E: brown bleached
F: mustard
G: mustard bleached
Hook: 4 mm
Stitches used (US terms)
Ch – chain
Ss – slip stitch
Sc – single crochet
CEN – center: sc, ch2, sc
Start with a magic ring or ch4 closed in circle.
1.r: ch, 2sc, 2ch, 2sc
2.r: ch, 2 sc into first sc, ch, skip 1, CEN, ch, skip 1, 2sc to last sc
3.r – x r: ch, 2 sc into first sc, ch, skip 1,( sc to the space, ch, skip 1) repeat till middle of the work, CEN, ch, skip 1,( sc to the space, ch, skip 1) repeat till pre last stitch, 2sc to the last sc.
Last r: Crochet as r. 3., but the sc are crocheted to the free sc of prelast row.
Change colours according to the pattern chart or according to your preference.
Sew in the threads. You may attach small tassels to the corner if you wish.
