Instructions
We start from the top in the middle of the wrap

A simple pattern with V rows
4 ch
1st r. In the row: to the first ch we crochet: dc, 2 dc (= center), dc, dc, dc, turn
2nd r. and every even row – a full row: (3 ch + 2 dc) into the first stich, dc into each stitch along the entire side up to the center space, S, dc into each stitch along the entire side, 3 dc into the 3 ch of the previous row (7 dc on side)
3rd r. and every odd row – V row: (3ch + dc) into the first stich, V, skip 2, V, skip 2, S1,
skip 2, V, skip 2, V, 2dc to the 3rd row of the previous row, turn (4 stitches added on the side)
4th r. – as 2nd r. (15 stitches on side)
5th r. – V row: (3ch + V) to the first stich, (skip 2, V) continue to the center, skip 2, S1,
(skip 2, V) continue to the edge, skip 2, (V, 1 dc) to the 3rd ch of the previous row, turn (4 stitches added on the side)
6th r. as 2nd r. (there are 23 stitches on the side)
7th r. – V row: (3 ch + 2 dc) to the first stich, (skip 2, V) continue to the center, skip 2, S1,
(skip 2, V) continue to the edge, skip 2, (3 dc) to the 3rd ch of the previous row, turn (4 stitches added on the side)
8th r. as 2nd r. (31 stitches)
Repeat rows 3-8 to the desired width – I have a total of 22 rows with a V pattern and 22 rows of a solid pattern. In the 44th row I have 175 dc. The last is a full line
I recommend making 23 + 23 rows, there will be 183 dc on the side – or in case of a different number of rows – try to have number of stitches divisible by ten with the smallest possible remainder.

Pattern with fans
I used the pattern for the scarf from the My picot site
Start with row 9 of the pattern as follows:
1st r.: we have 183 dc: (W, 2 ch, skip 4) x 33, (W, 2 ch, skip 5) x 3, to the middle: dc, 2 ch, dc, 2 ch, dc, on the other side : (2 ch, skip 5, W) x 3, (2 ch, skipt 4, W) x 33
Continue according to the pattern as long as you have enough yarn. Finish the pattern with a full row of fans.

The last row of picots:
To the top of the fan: sc, picot, sc
To W: sc, picot, sc
Between: 4 sc
Sew in the ends, done.
